Privacy policy

Who we are: Stillwood Shutters (https://windowshuttersessex.co.uk) is operated by ARK MEDIA MARKETING (UK) LTD, the data controller for personal data collected through this site. A contact email for privacy requests will be published here shortly.

What we collect: when you submit the quote form we collect the details you enter (name, email, phone, postcode and your answers) plus basic technical data (such as your country, derived from your connection).

Why: to respond to your request and, with your consent, to pass your enquiry to one vetted local hardwood shutter installer, who will contact you to arrange your survey and quote. Our lawful bases are consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who we share with: the one installer your enquiry is passed to, and our hosting provider (Cloudflare). We do not sell your data for marketing lists.

How long: enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.

Your rights: under UK GDPR you can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data and can withdraw consent at any time. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies: this site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
